Academic stress Academic stress and procrastination regarding academic tasks are challenges faced by final-year students, particularly during the completion of their final projects. This study aims to analyze the relationship between spiritual intelligence (SQ) and both stress management and time management among eighth-semester students of the Islamic Religious Education Study Program at Universitas Uluwiyah Mojokerto. The researcher employed a quantitative method with a correlational design. The study sample consisted of 51 students who served as respondents. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had passed validity and reliability tests, and were subsequently analyzed using simple linear regression with the support of SPSS 27. The study results indicate that spiritual intelligence has a significant positive correlation with stress management (R = 0.583; t = 5.028; p < 0.001), contributing 34% to the variance. Furthermore, spiritual intelligence also demonstrates a significant positive relationship with time management (R = 0.495; t = 3.984; p < 0.001), with a contribution of 24.5%. These findings suggest that the higher the students' level of spiritual intelligence, the better their ability to manage stress and organize their time while completing their studies.
