Abstract

BSI Bank is a new bank resulting from the merger of 3 Sharia banks, namely
BSM, BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah. The big challenges faced by BSI will
force BSI management to transform and determine several strategies,
starting from improving business processes, strengthening risk management,
strengthening human resources (HR), to strengthening digital technology. At
BSI bank, which is actually a merged bank, research needs to be carried out.
regarding career development to see how HR is at BSI bank. This research
uses quantitative descriptive analysis, which is used to analyze data by
describing or illustrating the data that has been collected as it is. Descriptive
quantitative research uses a correlational research approach . The
conclusion of this research is that the career development variable has a
significance of 0.985 > 0.05 and t count -0.019 < t table 2.01954. This shows
that the career development variable has no influence on the employee
performance variable.
